I know what you are thinking, do I have to be a devote yogi to bring meditation into my life? Absolutely not!

'Sometimes you need a beer on the way to the temple' - I'm not sure who said this but to me it confirms that meditation is for everyone, you don't have to give up anything so essentially you have nothing to lose and absolutely everything to gain!

Meditation has changed my life, it has enabled me to create (and recreate) a life I love to live.
